This power couple, both hospitality gurus, first crossed paths in NYC’s luxury boutique hospitality scene. Together, they blend their global travels, diverse cultural influences, and rich heritage into exquisite drinks.
Yusef Austin
Yusef Austin is an internationally recognized mixologist, beverage consultant, and hospitality expert with over two decades of experience crafting exceptional cocktail experiences. Beginning his career at New York City's iconic Mercer Kitchen and helping launch the legendary Boom Boom Room, he has gone on to create beverage programs for acclaimed restaurants, luxury hotels, global brands, and high-profile events around the world.
A former Brand Ambassador for Elit by Stoli and Tres Papalote Mezcal, Yusef is known for his innovative use of botanicals, spices, and global flavors. Often referred to as "The Rockstar Mixologist," he brings creativity, craftsmanship, and unforgettable hospitality to every cocktail, event, and product he creates.
Nandini Austin
Nandini Austin is an experiential architect, hospitality professional, and Certified Ayurvedic Holistic Consultant who curates memorable experiences that blend wellness, movement, and mindful indulgence. Drawing on leadership roles with hospitality and wellness pioneers including Ian Schrager, the David Lynch Foundation, and Colin Cowie, she designs corporate events, wellness activations, and Healthy Hedonism retreats across New York and the Hudson Valley.
Nandini brings a unique perspective to The Cocktail Architect, weaving Ayurveda, global flavors, movement, and sensory experiences into mocktails, workshops, retreats, and immersive gatherings that inspire connection, vitality, and joy.
