  • What will I receive if I sign up for a subscription?
    Every month, we'll send you a kit featuring a new cocktail recipe created by a top bartender. Each kit contains all the ingredients (including alcohol) needed to create the featured cocktail at home, along with a printed recipe card, instructions and additional cocktail ideas. We ship full-sized product, so you'll be able to master the recipe and grow your home bar at the same time.
  • What kind of subscription plans do you have?
    We offer three different plans: Mixers, Monthly, and Premium. All plans are month-to-month memberships that can be cancelled at anytime. Learn more about our different plans here. Sign up by the 5th of the month to receive the current month's kit. We'll do our best to accommodate late sign ups as our supplies remain available.
  • Are there any hidden fees I should know about?
    No, there are no hidden fees. Both our monthly subscriptions and individual kits include all shipping and handling fees. A subscription member may place an order for additional alcohol at any point and we'll do our best to accommodate. Additional orders and special requests will be charged a separate fee.
  • Can I cancel my subscription?
    Yes. The Mixers, Monthly, and Premium plans may be cancelled at anytime. If you wish to cancel, please do so by the 5th of the month to avoid being charged again. Subscriptions cancelled after the 4th will take effect the following month.
  • Am I able to return or exchange my cocktail kit?
    Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on kits that have already shipped. Our subscription and individual kits cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable. We strive to send only high quality, fresh ingredients to you. However, if you’re unhappy with your items, please let us know so we can find a way to help. We will also replace any items that are damaged upon receipt. Please contact us at
  • Can I update my account, shipping, and/or billing information?"
    Yes. Simply contact us at with any changes to your shipping and/or billing information and we’ll update your account. Please note that if you do need to change your address, you should contact us as soon as possible to make sure your subscription service is uninterrupted. You can contact us to change, cancel, or renew your subscription plan, as well. To view your current subscription details and any individual kit purchases, log on to your account at
  • When will my cocktail kit arrive?
    We ship all memberships at the same time, around or shortly after the 15th of every month. Depending on where you are in the country, you should expect your packages to arrive 2-3 days later. You’ll receive all non-alcoholic ingredients and featured recipe materials directly from Crafted Taste, along with a separate alcohol shipment from one of our partner liquor merchants. We will do our best to match up the delivery dates of both packages.
  • When will I be billed for the monthly recurring membership?
    We do not charge your credit card at sign up; instead you'll see your first charge when your first kit is scheduled. After this, your credit card will be charged on the 5th of each new month unless you decide to opt-out for the month or cancel your subscription. Please cancel by the 5th of the month to avoid being charged again. Subscriptions cancelled after the 5th will take effect the following month.
  • Can I buy more of the alcohol or ingredients I received in my monthly kit?
    Yes. You can always buy another full cocktail kit in our store. If you’d like us to order more of the featured alcohol or are interested in something more specific, contact us at
  • How are the kits shipped?
    Due to the complexities of shipping alcohol in the US, we work with partner liquor merchants to deliver full-sized spirits to your door. Both our subscription kits and individual kits will be sent in two shipments. You’ll receive the alcohol straight from our partner merchant, while all the non-alcoholic components and fresh ingredients, including printed materials, will arrive direct from Crafted Taste. Every month you’ll receive an email letting you know your cocktail kit is on the way. Please note: an adult 21 or older must be present to sign for any alcohol. It is strongly recommended that you ship to a business address if available. Contact us at to supply us with a business address for the alcohol shipment (we can still ship the non-alcoholic ingredients to your home).
  • How do you choose your bartenders/featured cocktails?
    We are constantly looking for bartenders that are on the top of their game, creating exciting cocktails and using quality ingredients in interesting ways. We're selling you the most interesting, unique, delicious cocktails in the world. We will continue to feature cocktails you can’t find just anywhere, offering new tastes that are still accessible enough to recreate at home. We pay attention to bar programs that are trending in major cities, searching for award-winning bartenders making a name for themselves. Most of our featured cocktails are discovered in person, through travel. We’ve spent much of the past year roaming the U.S. and Europe, visiting bars in places like NYC, Austin, Paris, and London. Our cocktail kits are inspired as much by the drinks as by the environments that produce them. That’s why our featured recipes will continue to reflect global inspiration. As one fan recently put it, "when you send them a subscription, you're sending them discovery." We love that.
