Valentine’s Day can feel like a lot—crowded restaurants, prix fixe menus, and unnecessary pressure to “make it special.” At The Cocktail Architect, we believe that romance is best served slowly, at home, in beautiful glasses, with people you adore. Think less performative, more sensory. More ritual, fewer receipts.
If you’re staying in this year, (or taking a bottle to your favorite host), our Hibiscus + Rose “Lover’s Rock” Cocktail brings a little botanical seduction to the evening with zero fuss. With our cocktail syrups, you can become a mini mixologist in seconds—we bottle the expertise so you can simply shake, sip, and enjoy. We call it mixologist in a bottle.

Why Hibiscus, Rose & Rhubarb?
Beyond tasting delicious, these botanicals have been used for centuries to evoke pleasure, softness, and connection:
Rose cooling, heart-opening, and traditionally considered an aphrodisiac in Ayurveda. It calms the nervous system and enhances the senses.
Hibiscus known as a cooling rejuvenating herb in Ayurveda has tart flavor, a ruby bright color and is packed with antioxidants. It supports circulation and feels luxurious on the palate.
Rhubarb Bitters adds a subtle earthiness and depth that keeps the drink balanced, never overly sweet.
Together, they create a drink that feels romantic, elevated, and just a little bit naughty.
As for the the Champagne is its warming and mood-elevating—best enjoyed as an aperitif to awaken the senses. So sip with intention.
THE LOVER’S ROCK COCKTAIL

1 oz Cocktail Architect Hibiscus + Rose Petal Cocktail Syrup•
.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice• 6 drops Rhubarb Bitters•
Top with Champagne
Method:Shake all ingredients (except Champagne) with ice. Strain into a coupe and top with Champagne. Garnish with a rose petal or lemon twist.
Flavor profile: Floral, tart, effervescent, elegant.
NON-ALCOHOLIC VERSION (MOCKTAIL)
Replace vodka with 2 oz chilled unsweetened iced tea (green tea, or white tea works beautifully)

This keeps the romance, the ritual, and the sensory delight—without the alcohol.
