It's been full steam ahead for us here, with no rest for the wicked! The summer flew by, filled with many cocktail hours, tasting events, and farmers' markets. From Watermill to New York City, right back to the town of Olive, at 'Olive Day'. This fun community event featured local vendors, and musicians and has been in existence for over 50 years!

We also hosted in-person cocktail classes at private homes and celebrated our world-record number of cocktail classes, with our largest virtual cocktail class of 150 happy guests.

HOW OUR SYRUPS BEGAN- DID YOU KNOW?

It was during the Q and A session in our virtual classes, that the first question asked was :

"Where can we get our hands on these amazing syrups included in our cocktail kit?

Every client expressed how convenient it would be to have an easy-to-make mixer on hand to recreate a chic drink that was full of bold spices, yet had no additives and nasty stuff. So we listened, tweaked, and perfected them. However, we are also doing custom blends for our restaurants and hotel clients upon request.

Each artisan syrup has its unique blend and characteristics that are designed with the elements of nature in mind. Every syrup is made with bold spices and herbs, inspired by the flavors of Mauritius - a small paradise Island in the Indian Ocean where Nandini's parents are from. They are so versatile for making cocktails, sodas, mocktails, and even our Chef' clients use them in baking or frozen desserts.

SIPS POWERED BY SPICE

As we transition into Fall, our Cardamom + Star Anise syrup is great for grounding with its earthy qualities and warming spices it is designed to give you a glow from the inside. A few drops elevates your average hot tea or cup of coffee, taking you to a far-off destination without having to leave the kitchen. Add this syrup to hot water and lemon juice for a Hot Toddy, with or without the booze.

The change of season is gorgeous right now upstate, but, this time of year can bring about stress and anxiety with back to work deadlines, and social commitment. So, keep Calm and Carry on this Fall with our Hibiscus + Rose Petal artisan syrup which has soothing and calming qualities. Hibiscus flowers are known for their cooling effect and Rose petals have a purifying quality that reduces excess heat and inflammation.

Sip into relaxation.

Lastly, if you are looking for some stimulation for your taste buds then try our Lemongrass + Kaffir Lime Leaf artisan syrup which has a vibrant and energizing effect. These South East Asian ingredients stimulate digestion. Think fresh cut grass and a Matcha feeling, it will give you a zing that brings a sense of lightness to the body and freshness to the mind.

Our Artisan syrups (enhancers) are produced by hand and we use only quality ingredients, sourcing exotic spices and herbs. No artificial flavors, coloring, GMOs, or nasty stuff.

Every bottle comes with a recipe card to get started and be inspired.

The Cocktail Architect Syrups are

375 ml. and 750 ml. Servings per bottle 11-17 or 25-33 and have a shelf life of a month.

We also have beautiful garnishes to liven up your drink, de-hydrated lemon, limes, Mandarin oranges, and most recently, Asian pears and local apples.

So why not try a bottle today and give your tastebuds a treat? Shop here
